For more than five decades, the Bosa Family Companies has earned a reputation for hard work, fair dealings, and a pursuit of excellence. Growing from humble beginnings, our journey began when Robert Bosa first emigrated from Italy to Vancouver alongside his brothers and sisters in the late 1950s to start a small construction company, building homes for local families. Since those early days, we have grown to be one of Canada’s most respected privately-owned brands, offering services in development, contracting, asset-management, food and beverage and more. Our family-run companies are guided by second-generation leadership, who continue to embrace the spirit of creativity and innovation that has propelled us forward over the decades. Together, we remain unified by the core values that have grounded us and kept us focused on our ultimate goal of building customers for life.
Robert Bosa emigrates from Italy to Canada at age 11 alongside his 8 brothers and sisters.
Robert joins his brothers in the construction business at age 14, building single-family homes in Vancouver.
Robert Bosa receives his carpentry certificate from Vancouver Vocational Institute.
Bosa Brothers Construction is formed, building single-family homes and small developments for growing families.
Bosa Properties develops its first residential tower—Jardine's Lookout in downtown Vancouver.
Dale Bosa, Robert's eldest son, officially joins the family business, working as part of the Development team.
Colin Bosa, Robert’s middle son, officially joins the family business, working as part of the Development team.
